How long will chia pudding last in the fridge?
This chocolate chia pudding can easily be left in the fridge covered for four days (without the toppings) and still feel delicious and fresh. A perfect option for a breakfast meal prep. It will not go bad after this date, it just won’t feel and taste as fresh.
CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING
Simple, 5-ingredient chocolate chia seed pudding. Gluten free, vegan packed with goodness and fibre. A healthy yet decadent option for your breakfast, snack or dessert.
3 tbsp Chia seeds
3/4 cup almond milk (Or plant based milk of choice)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
This recipe couldn’t be simpler. In a jar or covered container combine the chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup. Add your almond milk and coconut yoghurt and mix well. Make sure to break up any lumps that may occur with the seeds. Leave to set overnight for that thick creamy consistency.
