In our house we are big pizza lovers, and this quick and easy dinner is perfect for a Friday night fakeaway. After a long day sometimes you just fancy a little treat, well Pizza night couldn’t be easier than with this quick and easy naan pizza recipe.
The best bit? Feel free to play around and make it your own. I like packing mine full of veggies, a tasty vegan cheese and some fresh herbs. We love having meals that are customizable in our house, as this simplifies everything. Especially when it comes to making low fodmap options for me.
Prep and bake all in under 10 minutes. An absolute lifesaver of a recipe for when short on time, or for those last minute get-togethers with friends and family. It’s also lower in calories and saturated fat in comparison to store bought options.
All in all you just can’t go wrong with this quick and easy naan pizza recipe!
My favourite pizza toppings:
- Mushrooms, Pepper, Avocado, Rocket, Sweet Corn, Fresh basil, Oregano, Hummus, Spinach, artichokes, Roasted veggies, Aubergine.
- 1 store-bought naan bread
- Tomato puree to cover
- Vegan cheese
- Fresh basil or oregano leaves
- Chopped vegetables
- Fresh rocket
Preheat oven to 200° Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the tomato puree over the naan bread, and load up with your favourite toppings (Leave out the rocket and avocado) Cook in the oven for about 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Finish by garnishing with the avocado, rocket and some more fresh herbs.
